Dad has his head tattooed to honour his son’s brain surgery.
Carlos Marquez, from North Bergen, New Jersey, USA wanted to get a tattoo to honor his son Luke, 1, who has hydrocephalus due to FNAIT and needed a shunt to drain the excess fluid that builds up in his brain.
