On April 13th 2023, at Leiden Medical University Center, The Netherlands, Thijs W De Vos presented his doctorate thesis ”Fetal and Neonatal Alloimmune Thrombocytopenia: The proof of the pudding is in the eating”.
The knowledge provided in this dissertation forms a solid base for questioning justification for a screening program for #fnait.
In May 2024 he received the H.C.J.M. van Dijk prize at the 2024 NVB TRIP Symposium for the best dissertation of 2023-2024 within the field!!!
