We are delighted to have our own running machine NAIT dad Martyn Baddeley from Stoke-on-Trent!!!
Martyn’s wife Kimberley has recently given birth to baby Ezra, after being treated with a weekly regime of IVIG infusions to keep Ezra safe from hemorrhaging due to NAIT.
As well as the London marathon on 23 April and the Paris marathon on the 3 April Martyn is also running in the Silverstone and North London half marathons in March, the Potters ‘arf in June, the Potteries marathon in July and the Cannock Chase 10k in August.
You can sponsor Martyn here through his Virgin Money Giving page
Your donation will be used to:
- Support research into pioneering new treatments to prevent our babies hemorrhaging into their brain.
- Support families worldwide who’s children have been affected.
- Provide help, practical assistance and advocate for parents going through a tough regime of treatment to give their child a chance of survival.
- Advance the education of the public, in particular those involved in the diagnosis, treatment and care of those suffering from NAIT/FNAIT.
